International Monetary Fund (IMF)
Graham Inc. has a blanket purchase agreement with IMF to provide staffing support to the various offices within the organization. During the past year, Graham Inc. has provided administrative and technical staff support services to IMF in the area of budget analysis, resource planning and financial contracts execution. Graham Inc. staff serve as a liaison between various divisions to assist the IMF to address allocation issues; and assists with their operating systems.
US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) previously OPIC
Graham Inc. holds a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with OPIC that currently has six multiyear task orders in place. Under this BPA, Graham Inc. is providing project finance, financial analysts, engineers, and other specialized personnel capable of providing project finance underwriting and assist in the administration of various technical assistance programs. In addition to the BPA contract, Graham Inc. has two other contracts with OPIC for:
- Portfolio Monitoring and Budgets Services contract to provide senior financial analyst and project evaluation advisor to support USAID-OPIC projects in the sub-Sahara region.
- Credit Policy and Portfolio Management for Power Africa, where Graham Inc. staff provide pre-award absorptive capacity assessments and technical assessments, as well as post-award progress reports, fiduciary risk assessments and assets management training
US Agency for International Development (USAID)
Graham Inc. currently works with the USAID Office for Economic Growth as a sub-contractor to NOVAD under the USAID/Bureau for Economic Growth, Education, and Environment (E3) Technical and Administrative Services. Under this contract, Graham Inc. is involved with providing management, program analysis and administrative support services in support of the various operating units.
U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Economic Analysis (DOC/BEA)
DOC/BEA develops domestic and international commercial and trade information concerning all U.S. economic activity. Graham Inc. provides BEA with ongoing staff support, surge capacity management, and reporting writing and publications support.
U.S. Department of State, Broadcasting Board of Governors (DOS/BBG)
Over the past two decades, Graham Inc. supports the DOS/BBG assistance in the various units including the procurement, finance, communication, human resources, translation services and budget unit. Graham Inc. staff have managed large and small projects for DOS/BBG.
The World Bank (WB)
Graham Inc. has provided assistance to the World Bank Africa and Latin American and Caribbean regional divisions, in the area of fielding technical professional staff with specialized language skills as well as experts in education, health and finance, among others. Graham Inc. Also has a special mandate to facilitate achievement of the bank president’s diversity goals by sourcing professionals from Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America. Graham Inc. has successfully done so in positions such as program analyst II, civil engineer, fiscal advisor, writer/editor, information technology, specialist, research strategic planning analyst, webmaster, administrative, operations and special assistants to bank executives.
